Bastille is excited to announce our participation in Dine Around Seattle during the month of March. We’ll be offering the following 3 course menu Sunday night through Thursday night (not available on Fridays or Saturdays):

STARTERS: Choose one of the following
Butter Lettuce Salad, Oregon Hazelnuts, Herbs and Dijon Vinaigrette
Beets aux Frisées, Cara Cara Oranges, Frisée and Marinated Cylindrical Beets
Soup du Jour, Daily Preparation and Garnish
Chicken Liver Parfait, Puy Lentil Salad and Sherry Vinegar
 
ENTREES: Choose one of the following
Roasted Carlton Farms Pork Loin, Celery Root Puree, Brown Butter Carrots and Vinegar Jus
Moules Frites, White wine, Saffron and Leeks
Braised Rabbit and Pâtes aux Oeufs, Parmesan Cheese, Egg Noodle Pasta and Marjoram
Market Vegetable Navarin, Olsen Farm Potato, Roasted Vegetable and Red Wine Carrot Jus

Louis Clichy “Opera” Cake, Butter Cream, Sao Palme Chocolate and Cocoa Sauce
