Bar manager Erik Carlson has created specialty cocktails for the occasion. The Bright & Bubbly and the Bold & Bitter will suit any mood.
Wine director James Lechner has selected several Champagnes, available for $9/taste, $18/glass, or $25/a flight of three 2.5oz tastes at both restaurants.
